Enderdragon in Watercolor.

My daughter is quite the fan of Minecraft, a video game in which low resolution graphics are subsided by the game’s code allowing a world to draw basic resources from in order to build one’s imagination’s limits while attempting to avoid nightly attacks from creatures and the undead.  There exist some supernatural, magic based dimension within the game, accessed only by clever combinations of resources refined several times over.  The apex of this damson is a large dragon, called an Enderdragon, and my daughter had asked for a painting of this 8 bit, winged lizard.

I left some room in layers for her to add on as she saw fit, and not wanting to simply copy an image search’s results, I went ahead and created my own image of the dragon in a pose I hadn’t yet seen in those searches.
